Data covered

Name, preferred contact method, client profile, workstream, countries or regions, a short description, the risk-assessment summary where applicable, page language, source page and advertising attribution may be processed.

Purpose

Information is used to register the enquiry in the Meridian WordPress CRM, understand its subject, respond through the contact provided and agree the next appropriate step.

Processing actions

Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, storage, clarification, use, restricted disclosure for the agreed enquiry, blocking, deletion or anonymisation.

Configured recipients

A valid enquiry may be delivered through the configured owner email, Make webhook and Telegram notification channel. Only the information needed to handle the enquiry should be disclosed to an adviser or contractor.

Analytics separation

Names, contact details, message text and risk-assessment content are not included in analytics events. Advertising attribution is stored separately as non-contact context for the enquiry.

Withdrawal and requests

Consent may be withdrawn and access, correction, restriction or deletion may be requested, subject to applicable law and documented retention obligations.
